3 delicious smoothies

*1/2 cup frozen banana
2-3 frozen strawberries
handful of fresh parsley
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons flax meal
4 ice cubes

1/4 cup frozen mango
handful of fresh spinach
1-2 tablespoons ginger juice (I used about 1/2 T freshly grated ginger)
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cubes of ice
